Hi Mayra, I first want to say congratulations on your baby Boy, I had no idea you had your baby since I don’t have Instagram and only follow you here on KZbin. Today I saw you in the halls, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw you, I was in disbelief since I was unaware you had your baby. I just want to say is lean on God during these times, pray, read the Bible, God will give you the strength you need. My journey in the NICU is coming to an end soon, I hope 🙏🏽. These weeks have felt like years . Everyday has been a tough struggle, I feel/felt like I was drowning , blamed myself over and over. @@michellemunoz6086 at just 25 weeks she started getting back pain and she started bleeding she went to the hospital and they still had a heartbeat so they tried to stop her contractions but she was already fully dilated so she had an emergency c-section and had him on September 1. His name is bryan renteria jr. And he was born 1 lb 14 oz and 12.21 inches

Hi Mayra, stay strong thru this rough time! I had my baby at 32 weeks on July 10 and she just came home almost 2 weeks ago. It's a very hard time in our lives dealing with the nicu but trust me you will overcome this. Stay strong and don't ever give up even when things get rougher. I will pray for your little angel, for you, and your family! You will see God is not going to leave you alone in this and he will help you overcome this! I know all the emotions you are feeling at the moment, fear, sadness, overwhelm and all these other emotions that are hard to comprehend but I promise you will come out triumphing. Talk to other nicu moms it will help a lot and I'm here too. This is an experience not many can relate to and it helps to talk to people that have gone thru this trust me girl! Again stay positive and we will all send prayers!

Big advice. If baby does grow attached to something buy a back up. Nothing worse then watching your child long for its best friend/comfort. I was attached to my blanket. I still have it, I'm 28. My son was and still has his giraffe, he's 6. And my daughter is attached to her minnie mouse skirt. She's 12 now, and learned to sew so she can expand it herself.

From experience… DO NOT wait until the baby is a certain month to put that clothes on…. My baby was in 3 months clothes at 1 month already lol. If you wait too long a lot of the clothes probably won’t fit the baby, they grow so much faster than one thinks 💙💙💙💙
