craft the cable card it's a very good pve card, most top players/whales tend to use more pvp cards or mixed cards since they usually have all the pve stats capped out due to the ability to reroll crafted stats infinite times also they are able to compete in all pvp gamemodes like TLB, OB and AC so they just prefer those pvp stats over extra 4.5% all attack
