I feel like the Plat secrets should’ve been QCRs rather than it being introduced in Rarity Collection. Starlights have the same foil as Prismatics but on the whole card, so it makes sense if the QCRs have the OG Secret foil but across the whole card and then it would have the stamp in the text box.
