The reference for Caustic Jaeger Skin mainly the helmet is that to Pacific Rim the robots they build to fight the Kaijus and Caustics helmet looks similar to a Jaeger’s

If you buy out the event you will only get crypto‘s heirloom, they have only done one event I think it was the second anniversary where if you bought the event out you got shards. So once this events finished it will go in the pool and if you open a pack with shards you can choose to buy any heirloom.
