After being beaten by Luffy and imprisoned in impel down, he lost his rank as warlord. Jinbe and Gecko Moria are also missing. This are the seven warlords after paramount war. That's why he is missing, but i hope he will come in a later set. Also we need Enel and Arlong 😁
