for coffee i would recommend having one day caffeine, one day decaffeinated because your body is getting used to the caffeine and only being able to rely on it. it’s kind of like a trick because the caffeine is making you more tired and therefore you drink more. haha hope that helps

omg i feel you with covid, like i have been doing my part and it just sucks to see so many people (especially in the us) go to parties and stuff when i and many others are just trying to do our part. and on top of that so many people have faced further issues as a result of this such as job loss, mental health issues, etc. anyways, love these vlogs sadie! also sidenote; you mentioned that you watch tana, idk if you were aware but she is one of those people who parties as whatnot, and she lives in LA where they have tons of cases. this is just something i figure you should be aware of since im sure you wouldn't want to support people like her who don' t take covid seriously
