Megan I know exactly how you're feeling right now. When I went to study abroad last summer I showed up to a country where I did not know a single soul and I felt so isolated and so alone and like I had no one to talk to. It was one of the most anxiety-provoking experiences of my life at first, but just like you've been doing talking to my friends and family absolutely saved me and I ended up having one of the most magical experiences of my life. Reaching out to others is everything. Also doing things to make yourself feel good, and going out and doing something different everyday to try and keep your mind occupied and off feeling lonely. I think you're inspiring as hell, and just like you've always said you're here for us, we're here for you!

I moved away from home in LA to go to school in Wisconsin and a lot of kids were local and could go home for the weekends. I definitely had moments where I felt isolated from my family and home and didn't have the money to fly home for a long weekend. It's tough to get through. But when you're on the other side you feel this invincible sense of independence and sense of self. Wishing you only the best and keeping you in my thoughts 💘

Meghan I completely understand how you're feeling. I had to go through a whole entire year where I couldn't go home and see my family because I couldn't afford it, and it was so extremely hard. Just try and call everyone as much as you can, and just try to keep yourself busy and the time will pass by. Definitely watch some funny stuff, get outside, but most importantly accept and acknowledge your feelings as they are because you can't keep that stuff bottled up. You will get to see them again and things will get better in time. Just you wait :)

Awh I'm sorry you were feeling down. I am having a rough period right now and I'm just feeling very antisocial and down and I need to shake myself out of it but at the same time I'm understanding that I am a human bean who has feelings and it's okay to not feel 100%. But listen, I know it's hard, but you have to rely on you. I feel the same way about my friends all the time! I still live with my parents to keep my costs down while I go to college and sometimes they are the only friends I hang out with. My sister lives overseas and everytime she leaves or it's been a really long time since I've seen her I get in moods where I feel like the loneliness person on earth. It sucks.
