I think this is probably the most authentic “content” I have ever seen you create... it feels effortless, raw and real. It feels like just a really down to earth chat about real life instead of “creating” something. It’s something special. I’ve watched your videos before for entertainment value (not in an offensive way, I loved it) but this hits different. I took something from this. Thanks for sharing Shani❤️ I hope I didn’t offend

Thank you for being so vulnerable in opening up about this topic. I can relate to this on so many levels and so happy you got the help you needed! You're doing amazing, you can just see it in the way you talk. This is so pure and I hope you realise how much this does for people who are feeling a bit lost. It's so important to be able to say "I'm not okay" and realise you need help. When you can do this you're already winning and growing. Thank you for sharing x

hi thank you so much for this, i found myself crying throughout this whole video because i resonated so much! I paused the video and immediately scheduled an appointment for a therapist that I've been procrastinating- you're an angel thank you so much again!
@EmmaCaitlain4 жыл бұрын
I felt exactly the same for a long time, no one around me wanted to work on themselves and change their mindset, or become better people. They were all just doing the same thing day in and day out. So glad I broke the cycle, I’m a completely different person now and sadly had to distance myself from a few friendships in order to grow but I don’t regret it for a second! So brave of you to share your story. Would definitely recommend everyone engages a life coach x

In about an hour I have my first meeting with a psychologist because Ive been feeling really bad, sad, lost for the past 2 months... i changed city, changed job and this is overwhelming for me. I use to spend all the days crying and If im not working Im at home because I lost all the joy for doing the things I used to do, like working out or just going for a walk to the beach... I hope this goes well for me too because I really need it. Im also very, very glad for you Shani, Ive been watching you since your beggings and I can see the woman you are becoming and that's incredible. Hope you continue doing well and wish you the best. You deserve it ❤️❤️❤️

i had a really positive experience with empowerment / resilience coaching as well. completely different to traditional therapy which i think makes you more stuck...it makes you empower yourself to create your best life for yourself, knowing you have the power, it all comes down to your mindset and how you perceive things. xxx

I AM SO STOKED FOR YOU GORGEOUS!!!! I remember when I reached out about wanting to work with you AGES ago - we've both come a long way since then. So excited for you - that you leapt, and continue to keep leaping. So much love, Jae X

this was really helpful. I see a psychologist frequently and I have so so much work to do as I've been through a lot at a young age. my dad passed away suddenly who]en I was 15 whilst my parents were just split up. I couldn't go to school because of my severe anxiety and depression. im working through a lot of trauma and everything else that I have haha but I'm really looking forward to growing even more and learning how to be ok without having control over everything in my life. thank you for this, I've been here since day one and im so glad I've been here throughout your journey 🤍
