This made me cry I relate so much to this.you are so brave talking about it trying to help people I’m so happy you’re still here and you got through it You are one of the nicest people I’ve ever met the voices in your head they are real killer I hear mine all the time but just so you know, you have helped at least one person me you just being there listening to me and helping as much as you can means so much to me like you have no idea. I don’t have anyone. I can talk to and I can’t wait for the day I can tell you I’m doing good and how happy I am. I think these last eight months would’ve played differently. If I didn’t meet you. I’m always here for you. If you ever need anything I love you.

I love that you have opened up like this. How vulnerable you have to be to admit the thoughts that drove you to near death. I have dealt with this for the longest time and I am still struggling but I am proud of you and of myself. I love that god as helped you, and I am so glad to have met you and that your demons didn't win. It will always be a battle, I don't know if it'll ever go away. We just find a better way of dealing with it. Core of the story is to tell someone because battling it alone is the hardest war to endure and it doesn't need to be such an isolating feeling. You're incredible Jeff, thank you for this video. I hope making this made you feel good in some way.
