Overall of course, especially when it’s sourced from high quality I.e grass fed organic meat etc. But during this process I came off the detox too aggressively and shouldn’t have gone back into meat so quick. We live and we learn

You’re welcome! Falcon gave me a great foundation, the deeper I get into my journey the more I realise that more and more. 2020 I wanted to go off on my own but got caught up in the ‘knowledge’ trap for a bit. All lessons. Blessed to have started where I did 🙏🏼🤝

@@MichaelBamber for sure, just have to adapt when it happens i suppose. always going to be low liquidity penny stocks to trade 😂 been following for years now i think and the way you compose your videos and how you go about your trading from all aspects is professional and try to replicate myself. have to create good habits in this game inside and outside of trading to succeed. currently 2 years into my journey 🤝
