Do you plan on making some type of goggle in the future that will work with openIPC out of the box so there is less hassle with setting up ground stations? Also, great, great progress throughout this year. Very well done ✅👍

I have already tested the system behind two houses and it was fine. After all as confirmed by Joshua Bardwell, long range is equal to good penetration and it makes sense. Cheers mate!😊🍻

Hi Mario great work. Would it be possible to support also gopros as the input camera for the pcb? I know about the delay but in a production context where a director could look at the more or less final image I mean

You can use WFB-ng with a GoPro. I have tested it already and works fine. You need to disable EIS and some options on the GoPro to make the latency as low as possible. Cheers mate!😊🍻

@@mariofpv have checked the wfb-ng repo and there they say no RPI zero. I think for the sending unit something smaller than a regular pi would be better. In rubyfpv they say zero is enough

Since modern smartphones are much more capable and have great displays. Why not we use them as ground station, just need to communicate phone to wifi adaptor and have a software for smartphone. Using a VR box for smartphone it would be nice affordable and good system

We have absolutely no reason to compare OpenIPC with DJI O3 or Walksnail because we don’t want to change anyone’s opinion. We simply present our system to the FPV community and the pilots are free to decide which one is best for them.
