If the new born have only acrocyanosis Lecturer said that oxygen is not needed, but I don't understand what can I do ? just observation is enough?

As long as the baby does not have central cyanosis, acrocyanosis is not a big deal to fear of. If the baby is vigorous with good activity, good tone, normal breathing pattern, the acrocyanosis is of little interest. It will self resolve.

Acrocyanosis is often normal in babies, as long as no cyanosis is present in the central part of the body. In the immediate newborn period, acrocyanosis self resolve when there is no other associated serious comorbidity. The condition generally does not need any special management and will self correct once the baby is warmed enough and the hemodynamics have stabilized.
