He connected everything per the schematic on OPENPLC’s website. Each of the pin connections are specific since the program is limited in discrete I/O. Check out the mapping. But usually when you’re putting 5v into an LED, you typically use ~220ohm resistor to protect it from burning out. Nothing crazy from this basic seal in program.
