How do you connect to WiFi which has the same name as original network? I was able to make only wired connection to work on RE200 :/ main router and re200 are connected wirelessly

Since you know a lot about openwrt plz listen to my issue I'm using openwrt 18 And using wwan client mode repeater mode but after while my phone disconnect from AP and when I check interfaves the device up time is more like 10 hours but the wwan interface show 15 sec

When connecting to wireless as client mode, my main router could NOT access Internet through wwan interface. I have tested in another AP and the Internet is up. The procedure and setting of Client mod of both router are the same. Could you suggest which settings should I check on my main router? since I want to using mwan3 to fail over wan to wwan. Thanks.

Thank you for sharing this video. I tried to configure with 5GHz radio but it was not stayed up. So, I used 2.4GHz and worked as expected. However, the speed test showing it only get 19.0Mbps download and 23.0Mbps. Is this normal? any suggestion what need to be done in order to get better performance?

Can you provide more info what is happening with the 5Ghz mesh point? What router and driver/firmware you are using for the WLAN hardware or it comes with default configuration?

@@VanTechCorner The 5GHz kept dropping the signal. So, I deleted it and then used 2.4GHz to set up for the AP client. I used Linksys EA3500 Firmware 19.07.8 for this setup by following the steps provided in this video.

Thanks for the comment. Ax3600 is powered by IPQ8701A Soc from Qualcomm, I strongly believe that there will be snapshot firmware released in a near future.

With Relayd, the end devices (where the client AP / router is connected) will have the same IP range/subnet with the main/primary router. While with AP Client mode, we are having a different IP range. As you can see, the WAN IP is 192.168.8.x which is the same with the LAN IP of the main router. The LAN IP range of the 2nd router/AP is 192.168.1.x.
