Sastojci- ingrediants
Ganache:
200 gr cokolade - chocolate
200 ml vrhnja za slag - whipping cream
40 gr maslaca - butter
Kore - biscuit layers
5 bjelanjaka - egg whites
2 zl secera - tbsp of sugar
4 jaja - whole eggs
140 gr bademovog brasna - almond flour
140 gr secera u prahu - icing sugar
30 gr brasna - flour
30 gr otopljenog maslaca - melted butter
Bake at sheet pan 33x43 cm. On 180* - 10 min.
Divide into 3 equal parts
Cokoladna baza- chocolate base
100 gr cokolade - chocolate
50 gr maslaca - butter
3 zl sjeckanih ljesnaka i badema - toasted diced hazelnuts and almonds
Sirup od kave - coffee syrup
100 ml vode - water
100 gr secera - sugar
15 gr instant kave - instant coffee
Cook than cool down before brushing the biscuits
Krema od zumanjaka- egg yolk cream
5 zumanjaka - egg yolks
125 gr secera - sugar
1 zl instant kave - tbsp od instant coffee
1 zl vrelog mlijeka - tbsp of hot milk
150 gr maslaca - butter
Miror glazura - miror glaze
50 gr kakaa - cacao
115 gr secera - sugar
85 ml vode- water
85 ml vrhnja - whipping cream
10 gr zelatine - gelatine
3 zl vode - tbsp of water
Cool down to 30* C before glazing the cake.
