本当にセンスの良いしっかりとした息子さん！お母様も美人で！ 1995年て、年配者にとっては、最近の様に思われますが、朝(夜中)から、何十年も働いて来られたんだなぁと感慨深くなります。 30年継続されているのに、清潔感がある整理整頓された厨房に好感が持てます。お身体に気をつけて続けていってほしいです😊

移動販売で知り　こちらのパンの虜になっています。ご飯派の私が天然酵母のお陰か胃の痛みもなく美味しく頂けるのが嬉しいです。ご家族でこんなに愛情込めて作っておられるのを拝見できて良かったです。

先代(パパさん)は、小学校の同級生。 12年前にフォーゲルで同窓会をさせてもらった… 薬剤師と二足のわらじ時代、早朝にパン作りをして、薬局に行き、またパンの仕込みをするという。百貨店や楽天などでも販売したり… 大変な時期もあったらしいそれでも、パン作りをやめない買ったのは、パン作りが楽しかったかららしい…

今まで購入したパン全て美味しかったです。総菜パンはボリュームがあるのにリーズナブルで、スイーツ系のパンはあっさりしていて優しい甘さでいくらでも食べられます。

やっぱり・・というか当たり前なんだけど身体には天然酵母がいいんですよね〜😅私の住んでいる所でイーストを使わず天然酵母だけのパン屋🥯さんってあったかなあ？スーパー等では見るけどあまり置いてないし高いような？？でも・・自分の身体の事だからね〜。時々食べたい時あるので探します。わあ～❤ 美味しそう・・

todo se ve tan delicioso,solo deseo poder viajar a Japòn para poder comer en todas sus panaderías, muestran pura obras de arte culinario.....lo ùnico que no me gusta son las horas tan extensas de trabajo (12 horas!!! desde la media noche) me parece excesivo,a què horas descansa y duerme de milagro tiene novia
