Hi! How do I mute it? I have enteral pump blue. I would like to feed at night. I tried to mute it but it is still goes off when bag runs out of formula.

With the pump off press and hold the on and plus button until the pump beeps you then should see beep below or beep high flashing on the screen. Press the prime button twice and you can use the +/- buttons change to mute when done or beep when done. Right after changing this turn the pump off. If you’re still having trouble try setting the dose to infinite but if there’s more in the bag, then you want to deliver at one time do not do this. You can then use the interval feature.

How do I unlock the rate and dose to change the rate

@@sherrib777 get into the same menu that I described above and press the prime button until you see lock settings, or something like that and use the plus and button to change it to unlock. After changing this, turn the pump off. I’d recommend talking to your doctor before you change the rate by a large amount.
