I have a 2017 41ft Crossroads Volante 5th wheel and would like to know the answers to my questions please. 1st question, will this take the place of my Dometic touch thermostat and all the light switches above and below the thermostat? In other words, can the in Command device be installed in place of my current switches and thermostat? 2nd question, will this device AUTOMATICALLY switch from a/c to heat depending on the interior temperature just like a wifi smart thermostat does? or would I have to manually set it from the wall device unit? Does this device have a wifi connection?

This ASA electronics In Comnand Plus is a piece of garbage, seriously. I just bought a 2019 Keystone Cougar 32RLI, I feel totally ripoed off. They sold the RV as fully functional. The hvac is screwy. Both heat and cold come on at the same time. The wifi needs 10mb/s to work which isnt obtainable in an rv park. You only get 2 events. That means on at one time and off on another. Well designed systems have 4 events, wake, leave, home, sleep. You also have to reprogram it for sleeping in on the weekend. When to set the heat to lower the set point. It also forces on the ac to lower it to that temperature. I trashed it and installed a working Honeywell rth9580 and it works great.

Have had this system for a couple years now. Works great, however I’ve not received a proper explanation what the esclamation point in bottom right hand corner is for. A heads up for anyone looking to set up the gateway for the wifi, make sure to call the dealership and verify that a 12 VDC was installed from the Air 360 unit on top of the trailer to that gateway hub. I began seting up and drilling a hole and had to make a bigger one to discover no 12VDC 🫠

Horrible piece of crap. It goes down you are HOSED!!! Mine is dead- can’t make anything happen!
