Sir I have learnt so many things from this, but some of them are 1-listen carefully like you. 2-find time for meditation and explore yourself day by day. 3-go with one's spirit and try to do beyond, don't think about any record just do only, record would be done automatically. 4- live your present and make your future now finally after completion a target decide another target and so on......
