I had a dream one night and went back in time for my tenth birthday. The clown patient was at my birthday party and he was the highlight of my birthday besides the cake and ice cream. He did a lot of funny things like juggling and pranking my friends! His laugh when you successfully removed a part was how he laughed when he pranked somebody and we laughed after that like when he put a whoopie cushion on my friend's chair when she sat down to have cake. For the grand finale, he threw a French Silk Pie in my face and did that laugh. Best birthday dream ever!

Good heavens, this game which was made by Hasbro Interactive rocked big time until the buzzer scared the heck out of me everytime the tweezers touched the walls of the patient that the player had to operate as the doctor.
