Today I am sharing 5 boxes that I packed all at once. They do not have a theme. They are just full of color and textures to bring joy to a little girl age 2 -4! Come along and pack them up with me! Happy packing shoebox friends!

I actually prefer making boxes like these over a theme. I like there to be such a variety of ideas and images. To me, this is pretty close to my ideal box. Wonderful.

What sweet boxes those are. 💕 The crocheted blankets are perfect with the babies, what a blessing. I also love the simple dresses. They look soft and comfy. It's always interesting to see someone else's process, themed or not.

Thanks Denise! These are the boxes I packed up when it was a bad weather day so you can imagine the joy it was giving me to deflect that pain. I love those blankets! My process is slightly different when just doing one themed box....takes me days to hem and haw over what to include. But for these I had a definite idea of what I wanted and loved how they turned out. TFW friend!

Quintuplet boxes! So cute!! Did you get the little decorated organza bags from Amazon? They are so pretty! Love how you decorated the box with the cute paper. Doesn’t it work great putting the little legal pads inside the school supplies pouches to protect the paper?! Those granny square baby blankets crocheted by Phyllis are so colorful and pretty!! As are your handmade lovies. These 5 little girls are going to be overjoyed for sure! I am imagining them now hugging their babies 🥰

Yes, the bags are from Amazon. Thank you! Yes, putting the jr. Legal pads inside the pencil pouches worked great! Thank you for that! It made it so easy to pre-package it all up! The blankets were beautiful. What a lovely lady to do them. She is so sweet. I have yet to figure out how to crochet.🤦🏻‍♀️ I wish I could see these little girls hugging their babies when they receive their box! That would make me cry for sure. Thanks for watching friend! Oh, I love this! I like how you went around and created these non themed shoeboxes. I like the way you store your dolls. LOVE the scrapbook paper for the inside lid decor. Great school supply kits with the legal pads. GORGEOUS baby blankets from Phyllis! So beautiful. My favorite is the sun dress. So cute. My other favorites are the pop out books with finger puppets and mini toys! So fun! God made a beautiful world books are perfect. Pretty lovees you made. Thanks Sharon! The sun dress was my favorite also! Oh I didn’t do it all in one day. I laid items out all week. Then one evening I did the box decorations. Then I packed them all up in one day. It was exhausting! But I was very happy with the result! When I do one or two boxes it can take me days… I overthink also… I let it sit for a few days and eventually pack it all up. Lol. I think I’ll do a grouping of boys boxes next! It was pretty fun! Thanks for watching friend!

Thanks Marlene! I was so excited to find out I had that much gap/old navy reward cash to use! I hadn’t been to Old Navy in awhile but I try to use that card on everything and pay it off each month. Well, CVS is not as good as it used to be because they no longer seem to have 90% off toys.😫 I love these foxes from last year because I love those handmade blankets. I also love handmade items. How sweet was it of her to send me those? They really made the boxes special! TFW Carol!!!🥰

Awe, those boxes are adorable! What a wonderful blessing to receive from your friend. They are so bright and cheerful and brought those baby dolls to life! What a deal on the dresses! I’m glad you did boxes with no theme. I think some people might be intimidated to do themed boxes, so this is a great way of showing them that you can make beautiful boxes without a theme. TFS

Thanks Nancy! I agree. Although I love doing themes, I think showing non-themed boxes are very important. It’s the majority of what is packed, really! So I believe it’s important to show just well-rounded full boxes! I was very blessed to receive those blankets! They will all be packed with love! Five very sweet shoebox gifts for five sweet little girls! The box decoration turned out really pretty. Love the way you filmed the video, Denise. It’s funny, I’ve been wanting to do something similar, packing a box directly from my stash on video 😆. What’s even funnier is that I am packing quadruplets baby doll boxes using some of the same baby dolls from Walgreens 😧 and washcloths crocheted by Val, for their blankets 🤦🏻‍♀️ (likely June). Well, at least now I can see ahead of time how adorable they are going to turn out 😂

Such sweet little Shoeboxes. It's so nice you can sew things for your Shoeboxes. I use to crochet, but between my arthritis & my neuropathy from chemotherapy my hands hurt after I do it for awhile 🥺

Hi Denise ! I love to watch you pack boxes. What's really funny is when you go to put something in, it's exactly where I think you're going to put it ! I guess we think alike ! This year, I've done more packing groups of boxes than I ever have before. I think for me, it makes me use items I already have more. Also, by doing this, I'm able to pack so much more boxes. Ok first, those blankets made me teary eyed. They are so beautiful and your friend is incredibly talented. What a generous blessing for her to make those for you. Next, I suppose I’m not a craft genius bc when I saw you spray glue the paper before folding I had an aha moment 🤣. So smart to do it that way, it’s a bit more challenging with an already made box🤣. I also appreciate you doing non themed boxes. It’s so fun to do themes but not necessary at all. Sometimes I feel that themes may shy people away from packing at all so thank you for sharing quality, full, packed boxes without a theme. I’ve already packed 20 non themed boxes as well and they are perfect for any child who receives them. I SO love those play-set books. I purchased quite a few and then had my mom go search for the ones I couldn’t find. Add a few figurines and it’s definitely a wow item. Awesome job and a very useful message in this video. You are amazing❤. I hope your Mother’s Day was as beautiful as you are!

Great test thank you. It was very helpful. I like the make it blocks & the case. I am making set's for filler for next year. I have already started them. For filler i am doing them in quart baggies 72 blocks plus 2 people. Do you think that will be ok?
