These are fantastic, Sharon! You make me want to go back and pack some more filler! You are sooo right! There is not enough filler for the older boys! These will be so welcomed!!! Thank you, Denise!! LOL, knowing you, you probably did make more filler! Right, the older boys' filler is very scarce. If there are tool sets, soccer balls, or LEGO kits, they are gone in a second! Thank you for letting us know about the composition books! Those are perfect for the shoeboxes and to donate as filler in pencil packs. Thanks so much!! Thank you for noticing the detail - I want the children to know each shoebox I make is special and unique to them. Oh, thank you! We found their owners! The morning after this video, I took them to the local animal hospital where they did a curtesy scan. They were both chipped. Their owners picked them up from the hospital. Thankful they were reunited. Thanks again! 🦕🦖✏🖊

Thank you, Trish!! I was inspired by the pencil pouches I saw last year when I volunteered. They were amazing and so needed! So I wanted to do the same. It seemed a shame to throw the chalk containers when they are totally fine to reuse. Thanks again! 🦕🦖✏🖊

Thank you for more great packing tips! My local Dollar Tree was often out of the lego-like blocks, so I ordered a case (24) of them from the Dollar Tree website. I made pencil pack fillers, but I wish I more toy fillers to donate. Thank you, thank you for that reminder.

WOW…WOW…WOW! These fillers are SUPER WOWS!! Didn’t have any luck finding these chalk packages this year. Saving this video to 2022 box-lift. Also, will be ordering IKEA bags too. Sharon, you opened my eyes to IKEA shopping. Found and IKEA about 2 hrs from me……ROAD TRIP! 🚙💗💗💗

I love the idea of putting tape on each pencil bag filler. I do know if I should do that for my individual pouches because I made them for boys. Maybe I could use painters tape on each one? I love your Lego kits! How sweet of your friend Krista to donate money for your fillers...that's a great friend! I love how you did that with the zip lock bag and Legos. I did that with my marbles. Thank you, friend!! I thought it would be helpful to add labels on each filler -especially for the boys since they don't have a lot of pencil pack filler for them. Feel free to add painter's tape on your pouches if you think it's helpful. I'm remember you telling me you were creating LEGO kits for filler. Perfect toys for 10-14 or 5-9 boys! Christa is a sweet friend and so thankful - it was perfect timing too. The balloon cars are a lot of fun. Hope to get more next year to donate. Seriously, we need a LEGO emoji! I love the lego kits. They do have little people legos now at the dollar stores. They would be fun to add to your kits.

Excellent fillers!! I sent four boxes of filler but I didn't put the age range on them. Where did you get those labels?? I need to do that for 2022.

Sorry, just saw this! You really don't have to put an age range. The inspectors will know which filler is appropriate for a shoebox. I just want to because I wanted these specific items for the older boys. The labels I got from work - free, they were giving it away. But it's those Avery labels you can get at office supply section to use for the printer. I just chose an orange colored label. Have fun making filler!
