1st time watching one of these 1 life events from a broader perspective, normally just watch Karma from the 1st person view, I really enjoyed the going back and forth between teams and seeing how they reacted to each others adjustments, very well done, you picked up another subscriber!

I feel like these events would be improved if medics could revive people, but once revived they have to be evaced to main base first before they can return.

I would say that would slow down the ops more, i say just allow revives by medics as normal. Limit it to 1 medic per infantry squad, all their revives are also limited by bandages and ammo, and ofc if the medic themselves can stay alive. I say this is pretty fair as it allows people to stay on bleed out when they go down and their life ends once bleed out ends or there is absolutely no way of getting picked up.

I think a better idea would be to either limit to one revive, shorten the bleedout timer to 60 seconds, or both

They really don't last long enough to warrant that and it also removes a lot of the tension that makes them interesting. Getting a reinforcement wave is the best option if you want people who got got in the first few minutes to get more gameplay in for longer rounds

It seems like the attacking team should have something extra, maybe a tank or something that gives them a power multiplier. They're the ones attacking and having a hard time, while the two teams have the same amount of combat vehicles (excluding helis which weren't useful as air support, honestly), and the defending team has enough time to prepare. Otherwise, that was a great match

they could have set up mortars, (unless they are disabled for the game mode) or used their helos more wisely, moved slower, more spread out and less conspicuous, but they did all they could really. that early push across the bridge with no flank support or scouting was a bad idea and literally cost them the whole game.

well if you look at real warfare in this situation it wouldn’t be a 1:1 ratio of soldiers usually it’s a 3:1 or 5:1 ratio where the Americans would have more men for insurgents, the americans in this situation are at a pretty big disadvantage

They ratio of friendly to enemy forces for a successful attack is 3:1 for conventional warfare and 5:1 for urban operations (at least according to British and American doctrine). I’m assuming the battle here is roughly split 1:1 in terms of insurgents to US Army. This puts the Americans at a massive disadvantage.

Defense in games is almost always less effective than in real life. Real people are much worse shots, especially on the move in chaos, as apposed to people with pre-sited positions. In games, even squad, you can 180 headshot a dude like a super soldier. Plus games have peakers advantage.

For this event there were no revives. Once you saw the give up screen you had to give up, leave the squad, and you were dead.
