I bought a new one but when i remove the motor out the base it dont work and get turn off i dont know the problem Wireless dont work

Hello Dr. Joud, the handpiece may be out of power. If the charging base is not matched with the handpiece or the contra-angle is not calibrated, during the charging process, the charging base will automatically shut down when the handpiece is not fully charged.
