I have been using my BT-100XL-SD on a T3 with the 608 head for a few years now. It set up properly it makes for a very relaxing session.

Great video, you reversed the handle and put it on the left side so that the clamp is on the left side making the head so much easier to use. Great idea!

My tripod came with this heady. Just got it today, and I can’t wait to start using it.

Does that plate use the Arca swiss footprint or is it a proprietary manfrotto footprint?

Hello, I bought one, and the tilt fluid drag knob is making a crackling noise when adjusted a bit hard/fast. Do you have this? Also, how hard is the maximum drag (tilt) ??

Are you even qualified to show people how to use the Manfrotto Nitrotech 608 head?? Both the bino and the arm are mounted in the wrong direction.
@swsantos2 жыл бұрын
Its reversed on purpose so that the binoculars will point straight up, otherwise it would only go up to about 70 degrees and for use with astronomy binoculars that would be less than ideal.

This is the norm for astronomy applications. Trust me…..I am a customer….Kevin is well qualified.
