It's funny. Now that we here in Ukraine have a "civil war" for over 5 years with 100% russian-supplied weapons that our separatist states possess... I come to think that Sri Lanka's civil war may also turn out to be a "civil war", as one side seems to have a MUCH stronger support from neighbouring India that another - just like neighbouring Russia help extensively our small separatist states right now.
