As previously announced, the creative team have begun ideation on the Wave 1 and 2 characters.
I wanted to quickly share the Bear Claw ideation sketches that Ron Rudat just shared with me. I love getting to see the process, and I thought you might too.
Ron mentioned “I consider this character a Mountain Man. Everything he is wearing is made of leather and forged weapons. And everything else has a modern touch!”
The next step after ideation is to review with Kirk Bozigian to decide which elements to keep, and then Ron will move into tighter drawings of the revised design.
We have many months of great times ahead, watching each of these characters evolve.

I'm so down with that. Outback is a personal favorite, and played a role in the basic Bear Claw submission to Operation: Recall. And for the record, Gnawgahyde better run and hide before he gets gnawed on! Haha!
