Extremely important points about time and judgement. So many people are unknowingly stuck in the relative that those that see through it can easily get stuck in the absolute. Although vast and beyond it all, being stuck is being stuck no matter where, even if it's no-where.

Actually, this clip doesn't go into the operationalizing of mindfulness and Shinzen's eventual explanation of what that would mean. He just mentions that this is a problem with Jon Kabat-Zinn's definition. The main part of the clip is about possible objections to a definition of mindfulness as "present-centered" and "non-judgemental". Interesting enough, but would be interesting to see the rest of this session!
