Hey, all you have to do is delete Delta and reinstall it. If you turned on Deta Sync then you can turn it on again to get your games and saves back.

Hey, operation Idroid? I let the AltStore through my firewall, got ITunes from the Apple website (on the latest version), have synced my phone to ITunes, and am on IOS version 13.1.2, yet despite that, it still won’t refresh or download anything. Do you know what to do to fix this?

Hey, so you need to extract the files using an app called iZip from the App Store to get the .nds file out of the file you downloaded. Then copy that .nds file to Delta and your game will be good to go 👍
