I send the author a message every week or so to see if he's planning on writing more or if he'll let me finish it. I never hear back. I think the account he used was a throwaway account to post the series and he may not be getting my messages. I hope someday he'll get in touch and we can finish that story. I do have an idea on how to end it, but I obviously can't without his permission. I'm more careful these days to work with authors who will finish their series. Like the author of this series, I read one of his series last year and so I know he's a good writer who'll finish the series.
