If you could do a collaboration with any horror channel who would it be? And whose your favorite horror channel?

."..made pizza over the camp fire.." ...that's a new one.
@hanson5445 жыл бұрын
I bought one of those pre-made crusts as well as a bunch of stuff like cheese and meat. I also brought bread. I figured I could make the pizza and then make sandwiches with the stuff left over. I didn't actually bring yeast and flour lol I put the pizza crust in a cast iron to prevent burning. Cast iron is great, when the fire gets too hot, you can move it from the fire and continue cooking the pizza. Open fire = burning.
@donbishop16345 жыл бұрын
@@hanson544 cast iron is the best, you can cook pretty much anything in cast iron and it just tastes better... just never thought of pizza. Deep dish cast iron pan pizza, man, sounds like a winner to me!

I don't know what this was but Death Valley is a very strange place for sure. We drove through at night one time and were chased by coyotes and jackrabbits together. I would think these animals wouldn't hunt together, right? Anyway I took pictures of the coyotes when we used a rest stop and a few minutes later from the car window, but when we developed the pictures, NO coyotes were visible, even though a couple were point blank shots. Everything else in frame was perfectly clear, explain that!

The valley does have a different air about it. C and I are planning to go back this winter if we have the time. We will probably go to a campsite with more people, though. The last encounter really spooked her and puzzled me. I still don't know how to explain this story. I'll update if we encounter anything new. There are unverified accounts of mummies of giants buried in the the valley. I wanted to explore an old mine shaft nearby but I was forbidden from doing that XD

You're not allowed to pick up fallen detrius for use for your fires in Death Valley :( But I would share a hobo dinner with you. Basically, it's stuff wrapped in tinfoil packet. The foil keeps moisture trapped in the packet to cook the food (if you just cook over the fire, moisture is wicked from the food very quickly). I just prep it the night before, wrap it, freeze it, and take it to camp in a styrofoam box or cooler. It's a great way to have a meal in the wilderness. You can even do stuff like add a cube of frozen broth to the packet before sealing it to add more moisture, or add butter. The heightened moisture helps the butter resist burning the way it otherwise would over an open fire.
