Kroos alter S2, Reed alter S3, Pozemka S3, and Goldenglow S3 skill cycles line up well with Civilight Theresa's S2. Punchers and drone casters in general all have great multipliers, also Ash, Qiubai, and a good number of the welfares like Tachanka, Gladiia, Tequila, Vigil. Dagda does astonishingly high damage with a bard atk buff. As a 4.5 year Arknights veteran, getting into buffknights has been an interesting experience.

Something that I think is relevant to her effectiveness is that you get what she offers for *7* DP Admittedly purpose units will outclass her at most anything, but 7 DP is an incredibly small price to pay for skills 2 and 3, which can both have huge utility and outstanding effects when used properly

Really good description of her skills (and the visual representation of the particles really helps). As someone who has her in his niche and has been using her a bunch, it matches my experience with her. Her CC has some cool use (keeping enemies in front of pozy to get her maximum damage scaling), but it's not the easiest to use. That being said, when your options in operator choice are extremely limited, she's surprisingly versatile.

She's Wife/10, so straight to E2L90 M6 she went. That said, she's a nice alternative to anyone who hasn't played for many years or gotten absurdly lucky on limited banners with Skalter, which is pretty great for a freebie unit. The fact that they also gave you all of her upgrade mats for free via those missions in CH14 makes it even better.

I unironically used her for clearing lonetrail s5 cm stage cuz she condensed the bind with healing. You never know when you need these tricky combinations if you refuse to use big dps buttons like waltuh to clear stuff

Honestly, it sounded silly for her S2 being the priority skill (Although her binds are good for someone like Hoederer and Quibai). You use Bard Operators for giving support by buffing, not attacking since there are other class and archetypes that can fill that role for you (Except normal medics and not the harmacist). I get it that her S1 fall short behind Skadi the Corrupting Heart since Skadi can boost your defense but you do remember that Skadi the Corrupting Heart is limited and not like Civilight Eterna, right? Besides that, this is actually very good and informative. (Btw, sorry for coming in strong...)

Scalter and CE true dmg comparison reminds me of clearing that last stage from Babel Event when Fighting baby Amiya Scalter S3lvl7 and Virtuosa S2lvl7 were enough to clear the entire level if you use (guardian) defender to stall enemies near lowest blue box between skills just because scalter has her summon anywhere on the map. (Blemichi has made the video of that clear, but my ops have no masteries, and like i said, the strat still worked).

Skalter spoils me so much so I was a bit disappointed she didn't do much attack inspiration for the team. Her S2 is strong and really fun to use tho so I had to E2 her and M3 her S2 still, but LVL 90 will have to wait

Sadly summons and ally units non-operator only collide without popping the dust, thus they only receive bard basic heal. It's another story if we talked about non-healable operators like juggernaut, musha, soloblade, reaper. Her heal often times come in clutch

It's worth noting that CE solved IS3 ED2 4 ops (before scuffed Nymph RNG cracked 3 ops). Her synergy with Shu (with a plug like Kal'tsit) allows stalling untankable bosses. I've also used her for IS4 ED4, where she's the most reliable true damage option and buying time is especially precious. Also, CE S2 lasts almost twice as long as Skadi S3 (35s vs. 20s), so while her +ATK is lower, her total damage amplification may be higher with longer burst skills (or even when her true damage is a meaningful contribution, such as against high DR enemies like Rosmontis), and her bindlock often lowers or removes the pressure to burst an isolated target ASAP. CE S1 is a disappointment. Like, even compared to AoE medics, the long wind-up is crippling. One of the use-cases for AoE medics is poison mist (such as the Dungeon Meshi event), but there CE dies before S1 can activate. It should've been a 5s helidrop skill, maybe with ramping HPS (up to like 400 over 65s). Perfumer hits 170 HPS off-skill and CE pre-module barely passes that. Likewise with CE S3, its lack of helidrop is a glaring weakness. It can definitely be stronger than Nightingale but 20s vs. 5s helidrop is tough on a lot of Nightingale stages (much harder to work with on Sentinel for instance), plus only half duration and fewer tiles of coverage forcing a tighter formation... The idea is great (and the Saria SP battery is really fun) but it seems like one of those skills that'll appear in like two CCs ever and fade from existence. You also have the conundrum that something doing that much damage to warrant CE S3 is equally likely to want CE S2 for stall/burst unless it's unstallable (e.g. stationary) or unburstable (e.g. pseudo-phases like TLSK's missile barrages).
