A decent last resort melee against operators is spear. The 100% pen on lunge, if used right, is terrifying to an op without melee skills. (I’ve had multiple operators start running from a guy with a basic spear 😭)

Access denied but I really don't recommend it because it's very difficult even with op/commander kit, but it is possible without contraband armor just really difficult
