Instead of using int you should use float and change all the %d to %f so it will display the decimal point.

volume variable must be of float data type so we should use %f in the last printf statement!

you use the formula of volume in which 3.142 is there so its an decimal number so in the 10th line %d is used ....but if we getting answer in decimal point so %f is required n

Yes you can as the entire thing gets squared. For example (7 - 2)^2 = (2 - 7)^2 = 25.

hi sir,very late reply to this video..i am trying all the program,so,i tired that volume of the cylinder program,what i did is,i called the function globally,it means i wrote the variables outside the main function,what is the reason it isn't executing,can't the global variables be executed inside the main function?

Why don't we use float for volume, as we don't know (we know it id integer in this code) whether it is integer or decimal.

Yes float should be used if we know the radius will be in decimal.
