What I love about this is that it doesn't just feel like a rehash of the old stuff. It feels like its own new style and I'm really liking the vibe of it so far.

The growls are back! this sounds like Watershed and In Cauda Venenum had a child. Amazing stuff, so refreshing to hear

Whether you did it for us or for yourselves as artists, we really appreciate the vocals. You've made so many people happy today.

Saw them live few days ago. One of the best concerts at this year's Wacken (IMHO). I like this song, looking forward to the upcoming record, autumn is the best time of year to listen to Opeth albums.

Mikael be like, "Ok kids; here, take it. Jeez." Honestly, can't explain how happy I am with this comeback of Oldpeth ❤

I’m not saying the last four Opeth records weren’t good, but this gives off Watershed vibes. That would be great!

Bloodbath feelings on that growls

Yeahhh! I don't want Mike back in Bloodbath simply because Nick in there keeps him growling in Paradise Lost. But I would love Mike to start a new death metal project with Dan Swano, Luc Lemay, Jonas Renske and Axe.

OMG. I wasn't rooting for the growl to be back. But this ... this is even so much more vocally, the palette is incredibly wide and man, it's just perfect.

This is like Pale Communion going heavy. Holy shit. Fucking incredible.

I missed these vocals so much. This is a very short song for Opeth standards, but seems this is not the original version but a radio edit. Can't wait to listen to the full album.

I’ll never forget listening to Heritage in a car at the top of a pitch black mountain with some old friends. This gave me similar chills. What a culmination. I’ve only listened once and I know this is just brilliant. Thank you Opeth 🫡
