The entire album flows start to finish, following the story of a medieval era tragic love affair with both lyrics and music complementing the emotional roller coaster Their story and their journey culminates in this song definitely a masterpiece of an album

Any other drummers notice there's a particular drum pattern that opeth goes to a lot in a 12/8 , or 6/8.
