my mom had a surgery and went to her doctor for follow up check up after which he gave her medicines to buy and instruction on how to put it... but unfortunately she was confused on how to do it and told me to read the instruction on the info sheet inside the medicine... due to technicalities of terms used it is hard for me to understand terms and i have to use internet, google and youtube to help me.. thank you for this video... it is very helpful..

Thank you! Why do they not put the 'side to side' 'don't close your eye tightly' and the 'warm the tube first in your hands' tip on the packaging or info leaflet?! So frustrating!
