I wonder if these fugitive contests even had someone at the clue sites until the very last day. It would be a bust if someone solved it right away. So they make the hints intentionally vague and broad just to cover up the fact that there IS no prize person out anywhere. Then the very last day they straight up spell out the answer, and it's the only time the prize person is there. Then I'm wondering if even the winner is real, or they just plant someone to be there right away on the last day to scoop up the non-existent prize.
