Don't think he was on Terrestrial Radio during the time, he has been on iHeartRadio which isn't considered Terrestrial Radio, since 2009, and was very unknown until 2006.

Cinemacynic no everyone knows Elvis what are you talking about? He’s been huge since the early 90’s. He’s in Die Hard 3 for fucks sake. They didn’t go after Elvis because his show isn’t terrible like all the acts they go after. He has always been on terrestrial radio. He has been on Z100 forever. Lol why did you post that?
