It's not a sole basis of Conviction, moreover the comparison of handwriting is an art whose result might goes in favour of accused too, so as per kathi Kali oughad case court might compel for certain things

Sir...what is the basic diffrence btw sec67 and 73 ...as in both court compare writing of alleged person! Is sec67 part of sec73 bcz sec73 comprises of wrting,seal n signature and sec67 comrise of writing only

In sec 67 Parties of the case himself proof the handwriting or signature by calling handwriting expert whereas in sec 73 power is given to court to compare the same with the handwriting of the alleged person and further power is given to ask any person present in court to write something so as to compare his handwriting with the alleged handwriting

Sir, Sec 53 crpc talks about medical practitioner to examine the accused (like DNA,NAILS,HAIR ETC.) but u said that examination of accused's signature can also be done by Forensic experts by writing an application u/s 53 crpc . Sir, Sec 53crpc covers the other aspects than what all are defined in it ?
