I think we need to ask an important question, is a judicial system, that seems incapable of delivering justice, worth keeping?

That question needs to contain an alternative system or at least steps towards an alternative. That said, as a conversation starter, perfectly valid when the judicial system has many structural flaws.

It's the thing to do now for major pharmaceutical companies file for Bankruptcy when their products cause harm to patients.Where were Bankruptcy before the lawsuit against these companies was file. These companies put financial gain before safety gain for the patients. WE ARE NOT GUINEA PIGS TO BE USE FOR YOUR BILLIONS.

Justice is to prevent and protect society. Endless lawsuit because those lives lost are worth more than gold. If I wanted compensation and to devalue human lives I would go back to my country.

The totality of the situation isn't just about the boundaries of bankruptcy being manipulated to protect personal assets. The whole situation involves the morality of persuading people who are vulnerable to being manipulated when they are sick. It is tacitly known that people will be encouraged to trust a business (who isn't and hasn't taken a vow to do no harm, but is looking at indiviual product unit sales, and stock performance) and project some anthromorphic qualities onto it, like Christian compassion for the poor and sick,... The spirit of justice is BOTH reward and punishment. The spirit of justice is not yet another manipulation to force someone on the outside of the 97% to choose to give up their constitutional rights. The "3% nut cases" are not given exclusion from their constitutional rights just because the sacklers were able to move their money out of the jurisdiction of US justice before a case came to the courtroom.
