U call mcc toll free and tell them the problem they may ask you to tell institute to call DGHS if so do that and make them do the mail If not working contact higher authorities of college if not contact district medical officer hope this will help It helped me

Talk to your nodal officer... I had the same issue with I went there for admission after that they sorted it because I created a scene and hold it's not my duty to get me admitted... I have done my part by doing opjr and fee payment now it's your headache.
