@@xpixelatex7960 Apparently the geno comes back to life, the garou ends up killing the little boy who liked him, he regrets it and teaches Saitama how to go back to the past. Saitama with all his "new strength" (he evolved during the battle with the garou) he defeats the garou before his transformation. and then the saitama of the past is pulled into the saitama of the future and they become one and so I believe the memories of the future have been erased but the force evolved I no longer know. (this is based on the manga and a video I saw)
