@@Opobotv1 It's no nickname anything. Ubani is d name Igbos call IBANI. Just as som ppl call dem IBO, instead of Igbo. But dat doesn't make it d right name. They r Igbo, not Ibo. We r IBANI, not Ubani or Igbani.

@@ayebatarijuliapaxagiri2767You are busy in every comment section fighting history, people's ancestry, dialect, and igboness. The song they are singing is Igbo. You're committing ethnic cleansing against Igbos in Bonny and Opobo. Anytime Igbos wake up to fight this ethnic cleansing, you n others like you won't be able to defend the one-sided story you have believed n preached for long. Hint: It's not linguistically feasible for a minority group to peacefully absorb and change the language of a majority group they are living with. All the story about loosing your language to Igbo slaves is a fable. There are many questionable stories, but we are coming to burst them in due time.

@@envoysofzion6163it’s y’all who are attempting to ethnically cleanse us and our history. No Opobo or Bonny person agrees with y’all, and yall continually attack us. We speak Igbo, because our ancestors decided to keep our language a closed language and use Igbo, an often used language of trade due to interacting with the hinterland as a common tongue. Furthermore our ancestors didn’t force the enslaved Igbo brought to the land to speak Ibani, leading to that language being more common. Stop lying and fighting with our own identity m, you are not from Opobo and Bonny, you shall never be welcomed there fool
