Han Byul's pronunciation is pretty good for a foreigner. He is well-liked here in Malaysia because apart from his singing talent, he has such a great bubbly personality that appeals to Malaysians. Cinta = sarang/love. In Malay 'Cinta' is more to lovers. We use SAYANG which also means love/care but it universal. Sayang can use to your friends, families and our love one. We didn't say 'saya cinta awak' to our friends or family or fans. Because it more intimate and solely for your partner. When you said saya cinta awak to your Malay friend meaning you already in deep love feeling to her. But if you say saya sayang awak. It can be a love between friends or you might be in 'some' relationship without involve deep feeling and just care about her. Hehehe

If you first meet with someone and feel more comfortable with his/her, better using " suka" or like.. "Saya suka awak" or " I like you" more suitable for those cases..if you told someone " Saya sayang awak" or " Saya cinta awak" that means you had a deep feelings. Don't use "sayang" or "cinta" for any girls..it will cause you in big trouble..😂😂

Since I am a Malay language teacher, the proper grammartical sentences for like/love are " Saya sayang akan awak" , saya suka akan awak, saya cinta akan awak " rather using sentence saya sayangkan/sukakan/cintakan...but it is okay if it is use in daily dialog because the mark is not deducted..hi hi hi.

This is the second song of nabila razali covered by han byul.. Han Byul first Malay song cover should be the performance from big stage episode 2 - song vroom vroom by nabila razali.. He sang the song really great.. His popularity among Malaysian rose from that performance (I guess because for me it did😋)

Malay languange is very easy as we dont have a lot of specific intonation so his Malay is considered good. The emotion put in the song is well fit. I lost it when you say 'his korean is very good' 😂😂😂
