Thanks for sharing this. Another flashlight related (potential) purchase that I will have a hard time explaining to my wife 😅

I bought 2 of these a while ago. Such a cool device for the price!

This would be great! Only issue is that they don't ship to the NL 😐 my luck again.

Thank you for the tutorial good sir. I was wondering where I could get that tube you were shining the flashlights into on your last video? Or is that self created?

It’s a Texas_Ace lumen tube. He’s a fellow on BLF that makes and calibrates them. Otherwise there are videos on YT about making integrating Spheres. Matt Smith has a good one about it.

Does it also measure the lux accurately?

Whats the correct Opple light reader to buy? I see you link to the light master 2 but the one in the video is the pro version.

No matter how I adjust the lumens the Opple Light Master Pro will always under-read about 200K to 500K. Here are my values: OSRAM W2 (CCT: 5715, Ra: 66.6) - Noctigon DM11 Nichia 219B SW45K (CCT: 4281, Ra: 95.5) - Emisar D4V2 CREE XP-L HI 5000K V3 3A (CCT: 4576, Ra: 74.3) - Emisar D4V2

I would just know that about your Opple and mentally add 300k to the values I read.

Right at the last graphic you displayed isn't it showing you bbl and where your light source is sitting in relation to it?
