I currently have the A53s and loving it. 219 euro's here in the Netherlands, when i bought it. The 54 is at that same price point, now. Certainly a contender for my next phone. Maybe later this year. Maybe next year, if there isn't already an A55s out

I need help. I have this phone and everything is pretty good... .. EXCEPT that I can't watch any video that is 1080p quality or above without it stuttering. Whenever i switch to 1080p or above on KZbin or Twitch, the videos start to stutter, like playing PUBGM at 12fps but it's videos instead. I've tried restarting my phone, clearing cache/data from KZbin, but nothing is working. I've been on a lower budget phone than this that was able to play 1080p videos, yet this phone struggles to even do just that. I think this has happened ever since i did a software update from ColorOS 11 to ColorOS 12 but i could be wrong. I've seen online that maybe i have to reboot my phone but I don't want to lose the data I've made on this phone. If I can't watch videos in 1080p or above, what's the point in having it available as an option? Sorry I'm just ticked off as KZbin and Twitch are the main apps that I use

​@@jay_randall sadly not. Even after the latest software updates i hoped it would get fixed, but the issue is still here and has gotten worse by stuttering for videos even at as low as 720p. You're better off finding a different phone

Thanks for the info. Mine is coming soon. However, just needed to add... The phone no longer comes with ear phones and plug, just the cord. This will fit the plug from the previous model. So do not get rid of the plug. Here in the UK 🇬🇧
