Full charge would take within 30‐40mins. I usually charge til 85‐90% and it can still lasts for quite a while

Yes it can notify for incoming calls - choose to silence call or reject call. It cannot answer and no quick replies

Maybe wait for the battery to exhaust on itself then slap the charger to it to switch it on. Probably that's the best option of 'reset/restart' when it hangs
