After service is poor and mostly Samsung is a worldwide Brand we can easily got Samsung parts in anywhere.. but if we look oppo then it's not well.. if u don't like brand then MI is open for u... The camera is excellent as always in oppo phones. The dual selfie camera feature looks amazing and the picture quality seems one of the best. You had reviewed Samsung C9 pro so worth Rs 36999. I think this should be a better choice for 31000
