Oppo Find N2 Ultimate 50 Tips and Tricks

Got the black Find N2 last week in Maryland and I can't say enough about the build quality and form factor: the Find N2 has all the pocketability that the Z Fold lackes. The screens are bright and the Color OS is fine with me. Battery life is over a day and certainly better than the Fold 4, and this has made me miss wireless charging alot less. Your tips and tricks were very helpful along with some other hacks that fix the IOS messaging issue. Some early observations for those considering the Find N2 as a daily driver: 1) Getting good 4g and 5g service around the Wash DC suburbs; 2) have not yet figured out how to install visual voicemail (I'm on Verizon) probably because the Find N2 is showing as "an unregistered device"; 2) Outlook 365 initially worked, but it literally disappeared after a few days and I haven't been able to get it to work since; 3) Gmail works fine and I get notiifications immediately; and 4) bluetooth connectivity has not been a problem. Hope this is helpful.

My Outlook worked one day and stopped, go to settings/User and Accounts and delete the account and try logging again, it worked

@@iosdroid718 well I end up selling mines the next day just wasn’t getting my calls or text messages or good service and they said that phone don’t work for T-Mobile service so I don’t know hopefully you have better luck but over all it’s a and beautiful phone

The most important tip is to go into app management to make sure you set up your apps so that you get notifications.

How much of a financial hit did you take, any ideas to minimise the losses? Before I'd only buy phones up to a max of £200.

Hi Mr. Greggles - could you pls let me know if you've figured out how to turn on "Hey Google" on the Find N2? It says, "This feature is currently unavailable on this device." I've gone through multiple troubleshooting steps, watched dozens of KZbin videos - and I've come up short every time when trying to enable the Voice setting for Hey Google. You'd be a life saver if you know of a workaround!

Yup there is oppo wallet, but Google pay works just fine as well.👌

​@@stel1000 hey man while you're trying things out for us can you check if KZbin can be split horizontally if you turn the tablet screen on its side? Heard you can't split horizontally normally but wondered if you turn phone on its side so that the split would be along the hinge it might work?

Been using this phone for about 8 months now. Loving everything except its very hard to find a spigen-quality case for this, and the fact that I can’t do “hey google” as it is not supported..

The original Find had a limitation of a feature call "auto launch" which basically stop the app from sending you notifications. Does this version also have that limitation for the number of apps that you are allowed to turn the feature on? None of the other settings matter in regards to notifications and it wasn't mentioned in this video.

I’m sooo tempted to import this. I honestly like the look of colorOS over one UI or stock android. The hardware design and form factor is just amazing. I’m sad that there’s no wireless charging tho no matter how fast wired is

No hey goggle does not work on china room phones that I'm aware of bummer .Launchers don't work either .I've had many china room phones they all have same issues with hey Google and other issues you put up with not being a global rom phone

This form Factor is not good, because Apps are not optimized for an almost 1:1 Format and all Videos will have big borders.

Try going to battery in settings… go to more settings, then optimise battery…..then turn off auto optimise on any app that you want notifications for.
